Let’s face it, children and young people in care have had a lot to contend with already in their short lives. Many have been rejected or experienced something traumatic. Others have moved homes many times.
We offer a warm, safe and nurturing environment. Through connection, consistency and commitment we help children and young people become ambitious about their futures again.
Picasso House
We are a 3 bed therapeutic EBD and LD children’s home for children and young people ages 8-17 years old. Our home is based near Oxton Village on the Wirral.
We offer stability and security in a warm, nurturing environment were children can build resilience and form lasting relationships.
Our Approach
We follow the SPIRAL model of enhanced therapeutic parenting with the support of a team of psychologists.
Our model is evidence based and focuses on building relationships to deliver effective, trauma informed, skills focused care to vulnerable young people within a safe and structured therapeutic environment.

We are always on the look out for people who are motivated by building safe and trusting relationships with the young people in our care. Who can help give them structure, establish routines and set boundaries. And most of all, help them to realise their potential.
